A fabulous 2.5 rise in pension for the Government pensioners with arrears from January 2016 in response to the 7th Pay commission recommendation reveals the government's philosophy that the pensioner's welfare also is their concern. While the beleaguered pensioners in LIC appreciate this enlightenment of the government we expect that this philosophy is not given adieu when our case comes for hearing in the Delhi HC shortly.
We hope that the learned judges unearth the injustice done to us. Although many have sounded the victory bugle for us it all depends on how well we orchestrate our argument on that fateful day and use the court craft in our command.
